1. Returns

If your item is damaged or faulty upon receipt you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can arrange a repair or replacement.

You can return a faulty item for a full refund within a seven day period.

We must be notified of the return of an item either by letter or email within seven days of receipt.

2. Conditions of return

All items must be returned in an unused condition, well packaged and sent using an insured traceable postage method with a copy of the relevant receipt. Return postage will not be refunded if the item is found to be faulty (unless returning a faulty item).

If items are damaged or seem to have been used, I reserve the right to make a charge for the repair.

3. Product guarantee

All items are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials. They are not guaranteed against general wear and tear.
